PWR!

PWR! Moves are designed to improve mobility, flexibility, and coordination for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease.

These exercises focus on large amplitude movements that help restore normal movement patterns and improve functional mobility.

​

Movement is powerful medicine for Parkinson’s.  Let’s build a PWR! program that keeps you moving forward. 

PWR! training may help improve:

  • Walking

  • Turning

  • Balance

  • Transitions such as getting up from a chair

​

Programs are individualized and can be integrated into both therapy sessions and home exercise routines.
